Meet the Team

  • Robert Erbrick Jr.

    President

    Mr. Erbrick Jr. spent eleven years in the medical industry, eight years in the Dental field and three years in Anesthesia with the majority of those years being in leadership roles. The time spent with Anesthesia was for a start up where he successfully rolled out a Billing/Quality Data Driven Platform across the nation. In 2021 he started his own company, RMElite. This has allowed him the ability to take on the role of President for ECI, to help turn his father’s dreams into a reality. He and his partner live in Katy, Texas.

  • Dave Ellis

    Treasurer

    Mr. Ellis is a retired business owner and former senior executive in the energy industry, where he spent over thirty seven years. Before retirement, he served as CFO and Board Member for the EPIC Merchant Energy group of companies, overseeing the merger of its trading operation into a large European energy conglomerate. He served seven terms as Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Bunker Hill Village, Texas, and twelve years as Commissioner for the Memorial Village Police Department. He and his wife live on Lake LBJ in the Texas Hill Country.

  • Roger Patatanian

    Secretary

    Mr. Patatanian is a retired Pharmacist with thirty six years of experience in the health care industry. Before retirement and throughout his career, he served in several leadership roles with Eckerd Drugs and CVS Health overseeing operations, mergers, roll outs and a number of health care events supporting underserved communities. Besides his professional roles and support of his local community, Mr. Patatanian has also been involved in contributing to improvements in health clinics and quality education for children’s schools in underprivileged communities overseas. He and his wife live in Katy, Texas.

  • Robert Braverman

    Vice President

    Mr. Braverman spent twenty one years as a Table Games Manager for Caesar’s Atlantic City Casino. He initiated the implementation of a computerized rating system across Caesar’s properties, which was the first of its kind in the gaming industry. Upon retirement from Caesars he spent twenty years as a Middle School Teacher of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. He taught in an underserved community, where he was awarded teacher of the year within his district and as well as receiving various awards from state level professional organizations for curriculum and designs. He also received grants to have students design and build handicapped ramps for local disabled students. Mr. Braverman felt it important to be involved with his local Boy Scout troop (Northfield Scout Troop 73) and has continued for the last twenty eight years, six of which he was Assistant Scout Master and Coached both Soccer and Baseball for six years as well. He and his wife live in Northfield, New Jersey.

  • William C. Mitchell

    Vice President

    Mr. Mitchell spent four years in the United States Navy as a Crew Chief and Aviation Electricians Mate followed by his career at Atlantic City Electric Company retiring from his Supervisor position after thirty four years. Once retired from Atlantic Electric he decided to take all the skills he had amassed and apply them towards the construction of new Churches as a Project Manager. Since 2011 he has completed five Churches and is currently in progress of completing two additional Churches in the near future. Mr. Mitchell has been a private pilot for more than fifteen years and currently stands as Treasurer for Cross Keys Airport. He and his wife live in Sicklerville, New Jersey.
